Strategy Mapping Session

After your Discovery Call, our Outsourcing Specialist will craft a personalized Strategy Map outlining your exact preferences and business needs:

Within 24 hours, we’ll review your customized Strategy Map and introduce our proprietary 4-Step G.R.O.W. Model designed to help your business thrive with the right support.

Talent Pool Screening

Once you approve your Strategy Map, our HR Manager begins sourcing your ideal VA by:

Each potential Elite Business Partner undergoes a 1:1 pre-screening to assess:

Executive Panel Interview

Shortlisted candidates are invited to a Panel Interview, where we assess the following:

Client Interview & Selection

Within 2 weeks, we’ll present you with a curated shortlist of top candidates. You’ll select which VAs you’d like to interview via video call.
