Our Recruitment Process

Every Elite Business Partner goes through a structured screening and selection process designed to ensure the right experience, skills, communication style, and fit for your business.

1. Strategy Map

During your Discovery Call, we gather all your VA preferences to create a Discovery & Strategy Mapping tailored to your business needs.

2. Talent Pool Screening

Once your Strategy Map is approved, our HR Manager screens our talent pool and network to find the right VA. Each candidate is pre-checked for skills, tools, availability, and fit with your business.

3. Executive Panel Interview

Shortlisted candidates join a Panel Interview to assess experience, communication, cultural fit, motivation, tech setup, problem-solving, and work ethic. Feedback is documented for full transparency.

4. Client Interview & Selection

Within 2 weeks, you'll receive a curated shortlist of top VAs to interview via video call. Our HR Manager joins to guide questions, set role expectations, and support both sides during the 30-minute session.

5. Orientation & Onboarding

Once selected, your Elite Business Partner joins an Orientation Session covering your business, role expectations, work agreement, and Wendy's Luxury values plus pay, training, and community engagement.

6. Ongoing Support & Management

Our support continues beyond onboarding with weekly check-ins, attendance tracking, HR assistance, and optional progress reports. At Wendy's Luxury, we provide a VA and growth partner committed to your business's success.
